Activity/Log Time (Comment Field) and use of LEFT/RIGHT ARROW keys

We just upgraded to Open Project version 11.0. We can now no longer use the LEFT and RIGHT arrow keys to "scroll" through the "LOG TIME" Comment field.

This appears to have been an issue with the Chrome browser, version 85.x. FireFox does not appear to have this issue. 

Updated the Chrome browser to version 86.0.4240.75 and it appears to work fine.

Guess this is still an issue... I just experienced this problem again, both in Chrome and FireFox. I tried to close out the browsers then get back into OpenProject, but the LEFT/RIGHT arrows will not move in the comment field. 

I did confirm that they (LEFT/RIGHT arrows) work in other windows (Project Description, etc.) to scroll through text.
