### **Environment**:
Your OpenProject Version: 10.4.1 (Postgresql) / Cloud Edition
Ubuntu/Chrome/English
### **Logs**
Are there errors in the browser console? ([Click here for information on how to open your browser's console](https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/a/77337)) For a local installation: Are there relevant logs output by `openproject logs` (packaged installation) or in a log/production.log or /var/log/openproject/ ? Please attach error output in these log files if applicable
### **Steps to reproduce:**
1. Create a project, set the project to be linked to an existing SVN repository using the svn:// protocol
2. Go to Project Repository
3. Click on View Revisions
4. Or, expand repository to the file level, click on a file
### **Actual Behavior**
For #2, the Revisions Page loads, but there is no detailed data or commit comments
For #3, it displays the svn keywords, but no commit comments
### **Expected Behavior**
All commit comments are shown, just like in Tortoise SVN client
